Pumpkin Chocolate Fudge

Serves 12

The perfect dessert for Autumn.


1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted coconut butter


  1. Line a small rimmed pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine pumpkin puree, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, honey, salt and coconut butter in a mixing bowl. Use a blender to make smooth.
  3. Pour into pan and smooth over with the bottom of a spoon.
  4. Place pan in the freezer. Remove from freezer when firm to cut into squares.
