Broiled Salmon with Lemon and Rosemary

Serves 4
Perfect for an everyday meal or special dinner.
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh salmon, cut into serving-sized portions |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel |
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon cooking oil |
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon water |
Directions:
- In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon peel, Worcestershire sauce, cooking oil, rosemary, garlic and water. Add salmon; turning to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, turning steaks occasionally. Drain salmon, reserving marinade. Place salmon on greased unheated rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Using a wide spatula, carefully turn salmon; brushing with marinade. Broil for another 3 to 7 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
