Pour in the apple butter, brown sugar, and chili powder. Stir to coat the apples. Then pour in the heavy cream. Cook and stir until just boiling.
Push the apples to the side of the skillet and return the pork chops. Spoon the sauce over the pork chops and cook for about 4 minutes per side, occasionally spooning the sauce over top.
Transfer the pork chops and apples to serving plates. Pour any remaining sauce from the skillet over the pork chops and apples. Enjoy!

1 lb boneless center-cut pork chop filets
Kosher salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste

2 apples, cored and sliced, your preference
7 1/2 oz apple butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/3 cup heavy cream
