Easy Oven Baked Nachos

Serves 8

Layers of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients:

1 bag tortilla chips, 12 oz.
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb ground beef, cooked
1 can black beans, drained
2 jalapeno peppers, sliced
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup sliced black olives
Sour cream, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. On a rimmed baking sheet, arrange a layer of tortilla chips. Top chips with a generous amount of shredded cheese. Top cheese and chips with cooked ground beef and black beans. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top and place in the oven.
  3. Bake for 5-6 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  4. Remove baking sheet from oven. Top nachos with jalapenos, diced tomato, black olives, sour cream and enjoy!
