Saucy BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Serves 6

The flavors of backyard grilling, indoors.


4 boneless pork chops
Olive oil
Steak seasoning, to taste
1 bottle BBQ sauce, your preference
6 hamburger buns
Butter, for buttering buns


  1. Rub all sides of pork chops with olive oil and then liberally sprinkle steak seasoning evenly all over pork.
  2. Pour a small amount of olive oil into a skillet. Bring to medium heat. Once hot, place pork chops in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes and flip to cook for an additional 4 minutes. Both sides should be browned.
  3. Transfer pork chops to a plate and let cool. Pull apart pork chops with forks to shred. Place shredded pork in a clean skillet. Pour BBQ sauce over pork and toss to mix. Heat saucepan over medium heat and stir pork and BBQ sauce mixture until heated through.
  4. Butter hamburger buns and lightly toast. Spoon pulled meat on buns and enjoy!
