Easy Oatmeal Pecan Pie

A fantastic holiday treat.

Ingredients:

+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
2/3 cup old-fashioned oats+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 cup chopped pecans+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 cup butter+ Add to Shopping List
2/3 cup light corn syrup+ Add to Shopping List
1 teaspoon vanilla extract+ Add to Shopping List
2/3 cup sugar+ Add to Shopping List
2 eggs+ Add to Shopping List
1 pre-made pie crust+ Add to Shopping List

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F. Place pie crust into a pie pan.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in corn syrup, sugar and oats. Mix well. Stir in vanilla extract and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into pie crust. Top with pecans. Place pie into oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
