Honey Barbecue Country Style Pork Ribs

Serves 4
Juicy, tender and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 tablespoon mustard |
Barbecue sauce |
1 1/2 tablespoons Montreal steak seasoning |
4 lb bone in pork loin country style ribs |
2 tablespoons honey |
Salt, to taste |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon smoked paprika |
1 cup apple juice |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Combine garlic, mustard, steak seasoning, honey, paprika and apple juice in a mixing bowl. Mix together very well. Transfer to a one gallon resealable bag.
- Place pork ribs in bag, shake to coat and seal shut. Place in the refrigerator and marinate for 6 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Once hot, turn to low.
- Roll out a sheet of aluminum foil. Fold edges up. Pour 3 tablespoons olive oil in center and spread out evenly.
- Place ribs on foil, season with salt and pepper, then drizzle remaining olive oil over ribs.
- Place foil on grill. Pull top of grill down to cover and let ribs cook. When ribs have some char, flip ribs and let cook until ribs have a little char.
- Brush barbecue sauce over ribs and let cook for a more few minutes.
- Remove ribs from grill, transfer to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
