Ranch-Barbecue Chicken French Bread

Over the top delicious, and so easy to prepare!

Ingredients:

Ranch dressing
2 cups barbecue sauce
1 loaf French bread, (cut in half lengthwise)
1/4 cup onion, (chopped)
1 avocado, (diced)
3 cups chicken, (cooked, shredded)
1/4 cup cilantro, (chopped)
4 cups Mozzarella cheese, (shredded)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Place shredded chicken in a bowl, add barbecue sauce and toss together.
  3. Spread a layer of barbecue sauce on each halves of the French bread.
  4. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of Mozzarella cheese on each half of bread. Arrange avocado, onion and chicken on the bread.
  5. Place in oven, broil 3-5 minutes. Cheese should be melted and bubbling.
  6. Remove bread from oven, sprinkle on cilantro. Pour a thin layer of Ranch dressing on top, cut into serving sizes and enjoy!
