Pomegranate Pastry Cheesecake Bites





Serves 24
A delightful recipe to serve your guests during the party.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sugar |
36 pomegranate arils |
24 count pastry puff cups |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
4 oz cream cheese, (softened) |
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream |
Directions:
- Bake pasty cups according to the package direction. Remove from oven, use round end of kitchen item to poke hole halfway down the middle of the pastries. (Do soon after removing from oven. After making hole, let cool)
- Whip the cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Add in vanilla extract and sugar, whip until thickened. Transfer whipped mixture to a re-sealable bag, snip off the corner of the bag, fill the pastry cups.
- Top with the pomegranate arils, place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
