Blueberry Lemonade





Serves 4
Just four simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen |
4 cups water, divided |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
- Pour the blueberries and 1 cup of water into a blender. Pulse until smooth.
- Pour the blended blueberries through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher.
- Add the sugar, lemon juice, and the remaining water into the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Place the pitcher into the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
- Add ice cubes to tall serving glasses. Pour the blueberry lemonade over the ice. Enjoy!
