2 lb gold potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Feta cheese, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Grease a baking tray with cooking spray. Set aside.
