Key Lime Overnight Oats

Serves 3

A flavorful way to begin your day.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 tablespoons key lime juice
1/2 tablespoons key lime zest
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup cashew milk
1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon match powder

Directions:

  1. Add the rolled oats, key lime juice, key lime zest, chia seeds, cashew milk, coconut yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract and matcha powder to a mixing bowl Stir until well combined.
  2. Separate the oat mixture into three containers.
  3. Place the containers into the refrigerator to chill overnight.
  4. Remove from the refrigerator and enjoy!
