1 stick unsalted butter |
1 baking bar semisweet chocolate, chopped |
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon espresso powder |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
Cooking spray, for baking pan |

- Whisk the melted chocolate into the egg mixture, mixing until thoroughly combined. Stir in the flour and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the pan, transfer to the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Allow brownies to cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
