Cheddar Bacon Hash Browns

Serves 4
Perfectly crispy and savory.
Ingredients:
1 lb shredded hash browns |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 sweet onion, finely diced |
Salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Hot sauce, optional |
Directions:
- Combine hash browns, bacon, cheddar cheese and diced onion in bowl Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and olive oil to the skillet, heat until hot and foamy. Spread hash browns out evenly in skillet and cook until golden brown.
- Flip hash browns and cook until golden brown.
- Transfer hash browns to serving plates. Shake a few drops of hot sauce on to taste.
