Chicken Nacho Dip

Serves 12

The perfect any occasion party dip.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes, 14.5 oz.
1 can diced jalapenos, 4 oz.
1 lb shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:

  1. Cook ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked. Transfer chicken to a colander to drain liquids.
  2. Transfer ground chicken to a small slow cooker. Pour taco seasoning over chicken. Stir to combine.
  3. Set the heat low. Pour tomatoes, jalapenos and cheese. Stir all ingredients together. Place top on the slow cooker and let sit until the cheese begins to melt. Stir again to thoroughly combine.
  4. Turn the heat off and enjoy the dip with chips!
