Ground Beef Burrito Casserole

Serves 8
The perfect dish for big appetites.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 yellow onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons taco seasoning |
1 can refried beans |
4 oz sour cream |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
6 flour tortillas, torn in half |
3 cups shredded cheese, your preference |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Cook ground beef and chopped onion together in a pan. Cook until meat is browned, then drain liquid. Add taco seasoning and beans to pan, stir together.
- In separate bowl, mix together sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. Coat the bottom of a casserole dish with the mix.
- Line the casserole dish with 3 tortillas. Layer in half meat mixture and top with half of the shredded cheese. Repeat meat and cheese layers.
- Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Serve from the oven and enjoy!
