Cilantro Guacamole

Serves 1 bowl
Take your guacamole to the next level.
Ingredients:
2 avocados, peeled and pitted |
3 tablespoons diced tomatoes |
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced |
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro |
Sea salt, to taste |
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until the avocados are mashed but still chunky. Fold in tomatoes, jalapeno, onions, garlic, cilantro, lemon and lime. Season with sea salt.
