Cheesy Macaroni Salad

Serves 4
A delicious side that's great for picnics.
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked macaroni |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/3 cup chopped bell pepper |
2 tablespoons chopped pimento |
4 tablespoons chopped green onion |
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine macaroni with cheddar, celery, bell pepper, pimento, green onion and relish.
- Blend mayo, mustard and salt in a separate bowl. Add mayo mix to macaroni mix.
- Cover bowl and toss lightly. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
