Champagne Punch with Raspberries

An excellent New year's Eve cocktail.

Ingredients:

2 bottles Brut champagne, cold
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon Angostura bitters
1 pint raspberries
Ice, for punch bowl

Directions:

  1. In a punch bowl, combine Brut champagne, lime juice, sugar, Angostura bitters, and raspberries. (Be careful not to mash raspberries)
  2. Add ice and serve immediately.
