Artichoke Dip

Serves 1 bowl
The party dip everyone loves.
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs |
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 12 oz. each |
1 onion, minced |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Salt, to taste |
Pepper, to taste |
French bread or chopped vegetables, for serving |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, oil, salt and pepper until well blended. Add artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese and onion, mix well.
- Spread mixture in a square baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Cover with foil and bake until for 20-30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes. (Until top is lightly browned)
- Transfer to large bowl, serve with bread and/or vegetables and enjoy.
