Supreme Pasta Salad





Serves 12 cups
Ingredients:
1 lb rotini pasta |
1 cup chopped broccoli florets |
1 cup sliced carrots |
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes |
Sea salt, to taste |
Ground pepper, to taste |
2 cups chopped chicken |
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
- Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse under cold water; drain well.
- Place pasta, chicken and vegetables in large bowl. Add yogurt and mayo, toss gently to coat., then cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or until ready to serve.
- Toss again before serving.
