Catfish Nuggets

Absolutely savory and crispy perfection.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup cornmeal mix |
2 tablespoons paprika |
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
2 pounds catfish fillets, cubed |
Oil, for frying |
Directions:
- In a shallow dish, combine cornmeal, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Dip catfish nuggets in cornmeal mix. Coat evenly.
- Pour a small amount of oil in a skillet. Bring to medium heat.
- Cook catfish nuggets, in batches, adding oil as necessary, for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden.
