Slow Cooked Mashed Potatoes

Serves 6
Never again will you have to boil and mash.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup milk |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
2 teaspoons minced garlic |
2 lb red potatoes, cut into small chunks |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 cup sour cream |
Cooking spray |
Directions:
- Coat the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Add potatoes, place lid on and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Remove top, add milk, pepper, minced garlic, salt, and sour cream. Use hand mixer to blend all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper in desired.
- Serve while hot.
