Roasted Salmon in Lime and Sriracha Sauce

Serves 4
A spicy southwestern kick to a simple chicken dish.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs. salmon fillets, (skinless) |
1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce |
1/2 lime, (juice) |
2 tablespoons cilantro, (coarsely chopped) |
1/2 lime, (zest) |
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Combine Sriracha, lime juice, maple syrup, salt and lime zest in a mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients together.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place salmon fillet in the center. Glaze the top of the salmon with the Sriracha mixture.
- Place baking sheet in the oven, roast for 15 minutes.
- Remove salmon from oven, sprinkle cilantro over the top and enjoy!
