Ingredients:
4 lb. bone-in country style pork ribs
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 cup cold water
1 tablespoon salt
Directions:
In a large pot, stir together salt, chili powder, ketchup, water, Worcestershire, paprika, vinegar and pepper. After evenly mixed, add ribs to pot and fill with water until ribs are fully submerged.
Boil water in pot, reduce to medium-low after boiling and then simmer until the ribs are tender. Average time about 90 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Cook ribs for 12-15 minutes, basting with sauce frequently.
