Easily the tastiest homemade meatloaf.
Ingredients:
2 lb. ground beef |
1 envelope onion soup mix, 1 oz. |
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs |
1 egg, beaten |
1 can tomato soup, 11 oz. |
1/4 cup water |

- While meatloaf rests, place 2 tablespoons of the pan drippings, remaining tomato soup and water in a 1-quart saucepan; cook mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it is bubbling and hot. Serve soup mixture with the meatloaf.
