Mexican BBQ Honey Chicken Wings

Serves 4

Sweet and savory with a little spice and tanginess.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
3 tablespoons Mexican BBQ seasoning
2 tablespoons honey
Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the wings in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the wings and sprinkle with Mexican BBQ seasoning. Toss to coat.
  3. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Flip the wings and cook for an additional 15 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Place the wings in a mixing bowl. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the wings, followed by the honey. Toss to coat.
  5. Transfer the wings to a serving plate. Garnish with the chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
