Hot Honey Ranch Chicken Skewers





Serves 5
A saucy combo of spicy and sweet.
Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced into 2-inch cubes |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
2 teaspoons paprika |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
2 teaspoons onion powder |
1 1/2 tablespoons seasoned salt |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons dry ranch seasoning |
1 tablespoon hot sauce, your preference |
1 teaspoon red chili flakes |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 teaspoon dried dill |
5 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the chicken into a small mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoned salt over the chicken. Toss until well-coated.
- Thread about 6 pieces of chicken onto each skewer. Place the chicken skewers on the baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through
- Add the mayonnaise, dry ranch seasoning, hot sauce, red chili flakes, honey, and dried dill in a small mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Baste the chicken skewers with the hot honey ranch sauce. Return to the oven and let sit for a few minutes.
- Transfer the chicken skewers to serving plates. Enjoy!
