Pepper Jelly Cream Cheese Dip

Serves 1 bowl

Turn up the heat on your party spread.

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese
4 oz goat cheese
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons pepper jelly
Chopped chives, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Add the cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, and salt to a small mixing bowl. Stir together until light and fluffy.
  3. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a small baking dish. Spread the pepper jelly over the cream cheese. Place into the oven and bake for 6-7 minutes, until just warm.
  4. Remove the baking dish from the oven. Sprinkle chopped chives over top.
  5. Serve with crackers, bagel chips or toasty bread. Enjoy!
