Chile Lime Watermelon Skewers





Serves 14
The combo of sweet, spicy and tangy is unmatched.
Ingredients:
14 wood skewers |
2 1/2 cups watermelon cubes |
1/2 tablespoon chile lime seasoning |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 teaspoon lime zest |
1/3 cup crumbled cotija cheese |
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint |
Flaky salt, to taste |
Directions:
- Place 6 pieces of watermelon on each skewer. Arrange the skewers on a platter.
- Sprinkle the chile lime seasoning over the watermelon. Spritz the watermelon with the lime juice. Add the crumbled cotija cheese, followed by the mint and a pinch of flaky salt. Enjoy!
