3/4 cup bone broth
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions:
Pat dry the pork chops and season with the garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the butter and olive oil to a skillet, bring to medium-high heat. Once the butter has melted, add the pork chops and cook for 3-5 minutes per side or until golden. Transfer the pork chops to a plate to rest.
In the same skillet, add the onions and saute for about 5 minutes, until lightly browned. Then add the Boursin and broth to the skillet. Stir until smooth and then let bubble for 5 minutes. Stir in the chopped parsley and add the pork chops. Cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer the pork chops to serving plates. Spoon the sauce over top and enjoy!
