Boursin Pork Chops

Serves 4
Tender, juicy, herby, creamy and lightly cheesy.
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Salt, to taste |
Black pepper, to taste |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 yellow onion, chopped |
1 package Boursin Fine Herbs & Garlic cheese, 5.2 oz. |
3/4 cup bone broth |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
Directions:
- Pat dry the pork chops and season with the garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add the butter and olive oil to a skillet, bring to medium-high heat. Once the butter has melted, add the pork chops and cook for 3-5 minutes per side or until golden. Transfer the pork chops to a plate to rest.
- In the same skillet, add the onions and saute for about 5 minutes, until lightly browned. Then add the Boursin and broth to the skillet. Stir until smooth and then let bubble for 5 minutes. Stir in the chopped parsley and add the pork chops. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the pork chops to serving plates. Spoon the sauce over top and enjoy!
