Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
4 bone-in pork chops |
Salt, to taste |
Black pepper, to taste |
1/2 cup raspberry preserves |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
Directions:
- Pour the olive oil into a large skillet and bring to medium-high heat.
- Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Place the pork chops into the skillet to cook for 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer the pork chops from the skillet to a plate.
