1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese, more for topping
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 cup fresh chopped spinach
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425° F. Grease a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
Mince one garlic clove and place into a mixing bowl. Add the ricotta, parmesan, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper and spinach to the bowl. Stir together until well incorporated.
Line the chicken breasts in the bottom of the pan and season with salt and cracked pepper. Mince the remaining garlic cloves and sprinkle over the chicken breasts. Spread the ricotta-spinach mixture over the chicken breasts. Pour the marinara over top.
Place the pan into the oven to bake for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle more parmesan cheese over top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Spinach Ricotta Chicken

3 cloves garlic
