Cinnamon Sugar Cruffins

Serves 6
Light, flaky and perfectly sweet.
Ingredients:
2 cans crescent rolls, 8 oz. each |
3 tablespoons flour |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon light brown sugar |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Grease a muffin tin with baking spray.
- Flour your working surface. Open and roll out the crescent roll dough as two sheets.
- Combine the cinnamon, sugar, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
- Spread a small amount of the melted butter across one sheet of the croissant roll dough. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over top. Place the second layer of croissant roll dough on top of the cinnamon-sugar mix.
- Slice the dough into long strips lengthwise. Roll each strip up like a cinnamon roll. Dip each roll into the remaining butter and cinnamon-sugar mix.
- Place each roll into the muffin tin. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
