Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 burrito-size flour tortillas
Shredded cheddar cheese, for garnish
Mustard, for garnish
Tomato slices, halved, for garnish
Lettuce, for garnish
Diced red onion, for garnish
Directions:
Brown and crumble the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Rinse under water. Return ground beef to the skillet and season with salt, pepper and onion powder. Pour the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce over the ground beef and stir together.
Reduce the heat to low and let mixture heat for 5 minutes.
Bring the grill to medium heat.
Lay out each tortilla and sprinkle cheddar cheese down the center of each tortilla. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the four tortillas. Pour mustard on top of the beef. Roll up each tortilla.
Place the wraps on the grill to cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the tortillas have grill marks and are golden-brown.
Transfer the wraps to a plate and unwrap. Place the tomato slices, diced red onion and lettuce in the center of the tortillas. Roll up the tortillas again and enjoy!
