Honey Hot Peachy Wings

Ingredients:
Canola oil, for frying
3 lb chicken wings
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
