Ingredients:
4 oz crumbled blue cheese 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts 1 French baguette, sliced
Directions: Preheat oven to 350° F. Stir together blue cheese and butter in a mixing bowl. Once blended, stir in chopped walnuts. Set aside. Arrange baguette slices in a single layer on baking sheets. Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven. Flip slices over. Spread an even layer of blue cheese mixture on slices. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
