Ingredients:
2 pints vanilla ice cream 16 mint chocolate creme sandwich cookies, chopped 12 chewy chocolate cookies
Directions: In a large bowl, stir together softened ice cream and sandwich cookie pieces. Cover and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Spread the ice cream evenly onto 6 chocolate cookies. Place a second chocolate chip cookie on top. Place the cookies in a bag and transfer to the freezer, chill for 2 hours. Remove from freezer and enjoy! view disclaimer
