Spicy Sriracha Beef Brisket

Serves 6

Turning the flavors and heat to 11.

Ingredients:

12 oz Sriracha sauce
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can Coca-Cola
4 lb boneless beef brisket

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300° F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine Sriracha sauce, onion soup mix and Coca-Cola in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place brisket on the baking pan. Pour sauce over brisket. Cover brisket with a second sheet of foil, sealing edges.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Carve brisket against the grain and serve the pan juices as a sauce.
