Bring a large pan to medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 6 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. After cooled, chop up chicken.
Assemble tacos by putting chicken into middle of tortillas. Top chicken with Pico de Gallo, sour cream and cheese.

1 lb chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
