Raspberry Lemonade Yogurt Popsicles
Serves 8 Only five ingredients are needed to make this fantastic frozen treat.

Ingredients:
6 oz fresh raspberries, (cleaned and diced) 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt 1 tablespoon lemon zest 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
Directions: Combine sugar and lemon zest in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add yogurt and lemon juice to sugar mix. Stir together well. Add raspberries to mixture and stir together. Pour mix into popsicle molds. Place sticks in molds and cover with aluminum foil. Place popsicles in freezer and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
