Layered Mediterranean Dip

Serves 8
Simple, tasty and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
7 oz plain hummus |
1 cup chopped baby spinach |
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes |
1/4 cup chopped red onion |
1/4 cup feta cheese |
2 tablespoons sliced, pitted black olives |
1/2 cup shredded cucumber |
Directions:
- Spoon half of the hummus into the bottom of a large serving bowl.
- Layer on spinach, tomatoes, onion, feta cheese and black olives.
- Top with remaining hummus and shredded cucumber. Serve with pita chips.
