Oreo, Hot Fudge and Vanilla Ice Cream Bars

A truly sweet dessert. It's like a hot fudge sundae with Oreo cookies, chocolate overload!

Ingredients:

16 oz hot fudge sauce
1 quart whipped cream
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cups peanuts
36 chocolate sandwich cookies, (Oreo, cookie finely crushed)

Directions:

  1. Place a layer of crushed cookies on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer ice cream on top and then cover with remaining cookies.
  2. Place dish in freezer, remove once ice cream is frozen.
  3. Layer fudge on top of ice cream then pour peanuts on top. Spread whipped cream over the other ingredients and place back in freezer.
  4. Once frozen, remove and cut into squares.
