Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Pockets





Serves 3
Portable, delicious, and so easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated pizza crust, 13 oz. |
6 tablespoons marinara sauce |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
12 slices pepperoni |
Dried oregano, for garnish |
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza dough. Use a knife or pizza cutter to slice the dough into 6 equal squares.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce on one half of each dough square. Then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella. Place 2 pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Fold each square diagonally into a triangle. Seal the edges with a fork. Sprinkle a little extra mozzarella on top, followed by the dried oregano.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10-13 minutes, or until the pizza pockets are puffed and golden brown.
