Strawberry Yogurt Bites

Serves 12
Minimal ingredients, huge flavor.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup granola |
1 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped |
For Topping: |
1 strawberry, sliced |
1/4 cup granola, broken into small pieces |
Directions:
- Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners.
- Spoon 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each liner. Set aside.
- Pour the yogurt and strawberries into a mixing bowl. Mash the strawberries into yogurt, until mostly smooth and well mixed.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the strawberry yogurt mixture into each liner. Place a strawberry slice on top of each followed by a teaspoon of granola.
- Place the pan into freezer. Let chill for 2-4 hours, until fully set. Enjoy!
