California BLT Flatbread





Serves 2
Quick, easy and wholly delicious.
Ingredients:
2 flatbreads |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced |
8 oz fresh mozzarella |
8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 cup arugula |
1 cup halved grape tomatoes |
Avocado ranch dressing, to taste |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil then sprinkle the garlic.
- Divide the fresh mozzarella between the two flatbreads.
- Place the flatbreads in the oven to bake for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon atop the flatbreads and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove the flatbreads from the oven. Add the arugula and grape tomatoes, then drizzle the avocado ranch dressing over top. Enjoy!
