Chili Peach Grilled Chicken





Serves 6
The trifecta of sweet, spicy, and savory.
Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/3 cup chili garlic sauce |
1 1/2 cups peach preserves |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
- Stir together the chili garlic sauce, peach preserves, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable container. Pour about 3/4 of the marinade over the chicken. Seal shut and shake to coat. Place the chicken into refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour. Chill the reserved marinade until ready to use.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place them on the grill. Brush the reserved marinade over the chicken breasts and close the lid. Cook for 6-8 minutes. Flip the chicken breasts and brush on any remaining marinade. Close the lid cook for an additional 6-8 minutes.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the grill and transfer to serving plates. Enjoy!
