Serves 12


Ingredients:

12 frozen bread dough rolls, thawed
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup mild Provolone, shredded
5 oz Parmesan, grated

Directions:

  1. Top each roll in butter and arrange half in a well-greased round or square aluminum foil pan. Sprinkle with BelGioioso Mild Provolone and Parmesan cheeses. Top with remaining rolls dipped in butter and sprinkled with cheeses.
  2. Let rise until double, about 1 hour.
  3. Bake in a preheated 375º F oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
