Kohlrabi and Zucchini Fritters

Ingredients:
1 kohlrabi, peeled and grated
1 zucchini, grated
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Place the grated kohlrabi and zucchini into a mixing bowl. Add chili powder, salt, garlic powder and the egg into the bowl. Mix together until well combined.
Separate the mixture into four parts and form into patties.
Pour the vegetable oil into a skillet and bring to medium-high heat.
Once hot, place the patties into the skillet and cook until golden brown, flip and cook until golden brown.
Place a few paper towels on a plate and transfer fritters to the plate.
