Rate this Recipe

Serves 4

Super easy and incredibly delicious.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup BBQ sauce, your preference
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
4 burrito-size flour tortillas
2 tablespoons canola oil

Directions:

  1. Toss together the BBQ sauce, chicken, red onion, cheddar cheese and cilantro in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place 1/2 cup of the chicken mix in the center of a tortilla. Roll up one end and fold edges in like a burrito. Repeat process three more times.
  3. Pour canola oil into a skillet and bring to medium-high heat. Place one chicken wrap, seam side down in the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, turning wrap to evenly cook on all sides until golden brown and crispy. Repeat process with remaining wraps.
Course: Dinner
